At AESTIT, we provide fast and reliable Australia-wide shipping for laptops, monitors, and IT equipment. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Orders are dispatched daily from our warehouses to minimise delays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) on business days are shipped the same day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are shipped the next business day

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two delivery options across Australia:

Standard Shipping (3–6 Business Days)

Orders up to $500 — $14.90
$500 – $1,000 — $9.90
$1,000 – $2,000 — $4.90
$2,000+ — Free shipping

Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

Orders up to $2,000 — $24.90
$3,000+ — Free shipping

Returns & Exchange Policy

At AESTIT, we aim to make our returns and exchanges process simple and hassle-free.

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you can request:

a return for a refund, or
an exchange for a more suitable product

This applies to all eligible laptops, monitors, and accessories purchased through AESTIT.

The item must not show signs of excessive use or damage
